Founder
Andrew Buglass has been funding and developing global energy projects since 1992, in senior roles with leading companies such as Royal Bank of Scotland, PowerGen plc, ING Bank N.V. and Unocal Corporation.
As a recognised subject matter expert, Andrew has been a regular contributor to government and industry groups on policy and investment issues.
He also serves as Chair or Non-Executive Director for electricity companies in the UK and Africa, providing advice and strong strategic oversight, governance and accountability to mitigate risks, increase transparency, and improve performance for all stakeholders.
Andrew is a Partner of VERA Group, a multi-disciplinary group advising electricity clients on law, finance, regulation, operations, management and trading.
